Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Nathaniel Bradley is the co-founder and CTO of ADIO™ Technologies. He is an expert and highly respected tactical leader in the data, financial and technology sectors.
With more than two decades of innovative leadership experience, he has led numerous companies to success and acquisition, such as Hipcricket for more than $44.5 million and JAGTAG for $5.3 million. Mr. Bradley was also involved in the acquisition and consolidation of internet radio operations at Augme Technologies, which he founded in 2010.
As an internationally recognized pioneer and inventor Mr. Bradley's portfolio includes several phonetic and navigational solutions patented as AudioEye (NASDAQ:AEYE), a company founded by Mr. Bradley, which is to date recognized by the American Foundation for the Blind as the leader in Internet Accessibility technology. Mr. Bradley received the Edison Gold Award (Edison Universe) and was a finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Southwest region for this invention. He served at AudioEye as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Innovations Officer and Director.
Among his other successes are the creation of technology, business, and patent portfolios for multiple private and publicly traded companies such as Voice of America, Inc., MARA patent group, Radio Pilot, World Talk Radio, and BoomBox Radio. Mr. Bradley’s patent portfolio is among the most cited in the QR mobile marketing and advertising space and was acquired by Upland Software (NASDAQ:UPLD), a $700 million company.
In addition to being a gifted inventor and proven thought leader, Mr. Bradley has held leadership roles in a number of other companies. Among them are Chief Technology Officer for Marathon Patent Group and Founder and CEO of ADIO LLC, an Inaudible Tones advertising platform.
Mr. Bradley holds a business and marketing degree from the University of Phoenix and an IT marketing degree from Northern Arizona University.

Sonia Choi serves as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at ADIO™ Technologies where she oversees the execution of business advertising and marketing strategies.
Ms. Choi is a highly experienced executive who combines analytical business strategies with results-driven creativity to identify new opportunities to drive growth. She has played key roles in innovative start-up companies, and has designed, launched and led successful business development and marketing campaigns for NASDAQ-traded and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Ms. Choi has assisted several start-up companies in securing Series A & Series B funding, and has commanded D&I initiatives in the field of technology.
Ms. Choi is a patented inventor within the marketing and advertising technology sector, and is experienced in patent monetization and patent portfolio management. A serial entrepreneur and a marketing powerhouse, Ms. Choi led successful implementations for brand and content driven marketing campaigns for both digital and traditional platforms. Her dynamic, creative, and metrics-driven approach to marketing and business development strategies has yielded tangible benefits.
In addition to being a respected marketer, Ms. Choi is also a trusted thought leader and a patented inventor within the Martech industry. She has propelled the growth of companies in the ad tech space such as ADIO LLC, an inaudible tones driven advertisement technology, where she serves as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer.
Ms. Choi attended Boston University, majoring in Environmental Studies, and is a member of the United Nations Blockchain for Sustainability.
Chief Information Officer
Mark brings over 10 years of Product Development and Planning in the IT industry. A seasoned specialist, he has held numerous leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer at AudioEye, Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: AEYE) holding 16 patents with a market cap of $258.82M on 12/20, and Chief Information Officer at Parallax Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRLX). He has spearheaded the development of cloud-based platforms for industries including VoIP, mobile marketing, staff management, and healthcare.
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Mark brings his highly specialized skill set to ADIO™ where he leads all IT operations both internally and for our clients. He works directly with senior leadership and clients, conceptualizing, proposing, and fulfilling all software platforms and IT infrastructure needs.
A named inventor on multiple issued and dozens of pending patents, Mark’s current industry certifications include Scrum Master (CSM), AWS Solutions Architect, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and completed coursework in Computer Science and Business Management from Auburn University.
